Delivery charges are based on weight of the item. This is automatically calculated via the shopping basket which will also consider the delivery postcode region.

Next working day delivery is available on products providing that they are in stock. We will notify you immediately if we cannot provide a next day delivery. In order to secure a next day delivery you will need to select the next day delivery option at the checkout and we will need to receive the order by 2:00 pm.

We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days on all orders received before 2:00 pm (unless you have opted for a next day delivery). You will be advised of the delivery details as soon as we have dispatched your order to our carrier company. We will advise you by email if we are not able to deliver within the 2-3 day delivery timescale and you will be given the option to cancel your order if this does not suit.

Yes, Bramley Power are VAT registered. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (if applicable) but will not include carriage. The VAT element of each purchase is clearly detailed on each invoice.

We partner with Paypal who can process all types of card payments and even bank transfers. By using Paypal, you have the peace of mind that your payment details are completely secure. All transactions are in pounds sterling.

We use a number of different carriers for our goods. Most items will be shipped by UK Mail – https://www.ukmail.com/

UK Mail will email you directly with details of your delivery. This is generally sent around 9.00pm on the day of dispatch.

In most areas of the country, UK Mail now offer an indication of a time window for delivery.
